Jo Crowley is an Independent Theatre Producer. She has spent 25 years leading performance companies and arts organisations to build dynamic and resilient business models and shape multi-award-winning national and international artistic programmes. She has produced over 50 productions, tours and projects for independent artists and companies presented in over 50 countries across 6 continents.  Jo’s producing specialism is in collaborative, interdisciplinary and international performance.

Jo has also initiated and led Artist Development programmes focussed on building visibility and cultivating opportunities for form pushing artists. Brokering pathways for exchange, collaboration, learning and discovery between UK and International Artists, Creatives, Cultural workers and Arts Organisations.

She is Co-Director of the Total Theatre Network, Co-Founder and Co-Director of Another Route International Fellowship Programme, was Executive Producer for 1927 for 18 years (2007-2025) and previously collaborated with artists and companies including Kazuko Hohki, Ridiculusmus, Cartoon de Salvo, The Gogmagogs and Blind Summit.
