Associate Producer
Marianne Lewsley-Stier is an experienced creative producer, curator, and cultural leader. From creating grassroots initiatives, such as Lockdown Still Life, overseeing the exhibition programme and City of Culture programme at the University of Hull to leading an NPO (Absolutely Cultured) she has built a broad portfolio of expertise and knowledge. Marianne’s work is rooted in the belief that culture has a vital role to play in shaping a more equitable and climate‑conscious world. She cares deeply about creating accessible cultural experiences that inspire dialogue, action and enable change and loves bringing people together to turn big ideas into lived experiences that are creative, stimulating and deeply rooted in the community.
Originally from Germany, Marianne has developed a love of Britain’s coastal towns (especially Scarborough) and is quite partial to fresh fish and chips or a Sunday Roast.
